Life can be full of difficulty and loss; where can I go for free and confidential support?

Every one of us experiences loss and difficulty –

  • Loss of a loved one,

  • Cancer,

  • Disability,

  • Divorce or relationship breakup,

  • Job loss,

  • Loneliness,

  • Spiritual crisis,

  • Hospitalization,

  • Family member in prison,

  • Rehabilitation,

  • Discouragement and feeling overwhelmed,

  • And many other challenges ...

Did you know that there are 8 people trained in Sublette County to listen to you and to provide free, confidential, one-on-one support? The Stephen Ministers have received 50 hours of caregiving training to provide this service for those who are not in need of professional treatment. Stephen Ministers respect every individual’s religious and non-religious orientation and background. Stephen Ministers come from several local churches and do not represent or promote one church or one belief system.

To be in contact with one of these people, contact Trisha at Public Health, 307-749-5004
