Wyoming State Statute § 12-6-101

• To host parties where minors are possessing or consuming alcohol at any

residence or premise that is owned, rented, leased or subleased.

Wyoming State Statute § 6-4-406

Penalties upon conviction:

• Time in the county jail up to six (6) months, a fine of not more than $750, or both. Wyoming State Statute § 12-8-101
